इलाहाबाद की प्रथम संधि बक्सर के युद्ध में मुगल बादशाह , अवध के नवाब की हार के बाद अंग्रेजो ने मुगल बादशाह शाह आलम द्वितीय के साथ इलाहाबाद की प्रथम संधि की जिसका विवरण निम्न प्रकार है-

संधि की शर्ते –
- मुगल सम्राट शाह आलम द्वितीय ने 12 अगस्त के फरमान के जरिए बंगाल ,बिहार , और उड़ीसा की दीवानी कंपनी को प्रदान की ।
- सम्राट को अवध के नवाब से कड़ा और इलाहाबाद के जिले लेकर दिए ।
- कंपनी ने मुगल बादशाह को 26 लाख रुपए प्रतिवर्ष पेंशन के रूप में देना तय किया ।
- इस संधि पर शाह आलम , क्लाइव व बंगाल के नवाब ने हस्ताक्षर किए ।
